2,2' Bipyridine

Bipyridine is an organic heterocyclic compound containing two pyridine rings connected at one carbon site on each ring, with general formula C10H8N2. Each rings contain tri-unsaturated six-membered ring of five carbon atoms and one nitrogen atom. 2,2'-Bipyridine is a chelating ligand that forms complexes with most transition metal ions.
